I received this amazing Holiday Baking Gift Basket from Safeway. I think they knew I needed all the help I could get when it comes to the kitchen. I was so excited to receive it; there was so much inside that I have not even used it all yet. I will share the yummy things with you as I make my way through it all.
So are you wondering what is in it exactly? There were so many things including:
- Cupcake Decorating Set
- Sparkle Decorating Gel
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Funfetti Cake Pop Mix
- Classic Yellow Cake Mix
- Betty Crocker
- Fondant Toppers Kit
- Reese’s Puffs Muffin Mix
- Duncan Hines
- Red Velvet Cupcake & Frosting Mix
- Frosting Creations Frosting Starter
- Frosting Creations Caramel Flavoring
- StayBrite Baking Cups
There were so many different things I could bake just from this basket. The first thing I made from the basket (okay… and so far the only thing) were the Reese’s Puffs Muffins. Oh my goodness… they were delicious. When I make cupcakes, they usually last a few days and even a couple may get tossed. Let me tell you, these were completely gone before we went to bed that night. They were amazingly delicious.
With these muffins, I used the Reynold’s StayBrite Baking Cups. I had never used these before. Usually, I buy the pastel colored baking cups. I know, I know… boring. These were great! They are foil lined with cute print on the outside. The print stays bright and vibrant during baking. So they are just as beautiful coming out as they were going in – no fading or bleeding from the heat.
Even though, this is all that I have created thus far from my basket, I have made the Funfetti Cake Pops and they were super easy and oh so yummy. I have also tried the Frosting Creations. The caramel flavor is my second favorite, so far. My first choice is the Chocolate Marshmallow. I’m pretty excited to make the Red Velvet Cupcakes. They sound pretty dang good. I will keep you updated on how the rest of my baking goes. Be sure to follow Safeway on Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter for inspiration, tips and savings!
