I’m so excited to announce that I’m now a Smooth Fitness Ambassador! What does that mean? Over the next few months, I’m going to be sharing with you my experience with a pretty amazing treadmill. You have been hearing me talk about getting healthy, in shape and losing weight. This just puts me one step closer.
Currently, I’m still a Shaklee 180 blogger and I really felt these two programs went hand in hand perfectly. I plan to go feet first into all of this. I have made a plan and I hope to rock it! One of my long time excuses for not exercising is the weather. My exercise of choice is walking/jogging (someday running). I’m a big sissy when it comes to being too hot or too cold.
This Summer, the temperature is supposed to get crazy hot (like 115). This will no longer be my excuse. I will now have this amazing Smooth Fitness Treadmill in my living room for my exercising convenience. It is the 6.75 model and definitely has all the bells and whistles. I will tell you ALL about it over the next few months so be sure to keep your eye out! If you ever have any questions at all, I’ll do my best to answer them – stay tuned for more!
