Telling Your Story with Origami Owl

This post is sponsored by Origami Owl. All opinions are those of my own.

Last week, I shared with you how excited I was to be a new Origami Owl Designer. Nothing has changed. If it has, I’m even more excited now. It’s become more and more apparent how much you can tell your story in one simple and elegant locket. There are so many possibilities – they’re almost endless. I’ll share my story in charms with you today.
I'm hosting a jewelry bar!
I’m also preparing for my first Origami Owl Jewelry Bar. I have been scouring the internet (and Pinterest) for great ideas to incorporate into my Jewelry Bar. This will be a fun time to get together with my friends and share with them the story and products of Origami Owl. I just know they will absolutely LOVE everything about it.

There are two things I’m focusing on for my Jewelry Bar – my guests (and myself) building lockets to tell their stories and setting up my Jewelry Bar display. I want to be sure there are delicious snacks, refreshing beverages and lots of fun for everyone. I’m thinking of having some fruit infused water and wine (you can’t go wrong with wine).

For snacks, I have been checking out Pinterest. I’m a busy woman; therefore, I do not have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. I’m thinking something mini, bite sized and/or finger foods. A couple of my girlfriends have also expressed interest in bringing a dish so that will be helpful. There are so many owl cupcakes on Pinterest that I absolutely adore; I’m hoping there will be a way to make these appear at my Jewelry Bar.

One thing I have been looking forward to is creating my story in a locket. In the near future, I plan to purchase the best charms for my story. In the meantime, I’m creating my story with the charms I received in my Holly Jolly Box of Happy to share with my guests during my Jewelry Bar. Looking at all the various charms, I have realized there are many stories you can tell. You can tell your own, someone else’s or even make one up that resembles your favorite TV show, etc.

I have decided that I want to create a my “Mom Story,” my “Love Story,” and my “Sons of Anarchy Story.” Yes, I’m a HUGE fan and have found enough of the appropriate charms to show my love for SOA. I will be sure to share it with you when I’m done.

Origami Owl offers hostess exclusives when hosting a Jewelry Bar and the current one has my name written all over it. I definitely LOVE everything about this! You can earn this Suede Wrap Bracelet with Crystals, paired with a Medium Black Wrap Locket and a face with Silver Shade Crystals by Swarovski and Jet Hematite Round Crystals. This MUST be mine.

The charms in the image above are just the ones that could tell my general, overall story. There are so many more personal ones I would like to create. I’m pretty sure I will end up with a few stories to reflect the different areas of my life.

This is the locket I have created with the charms that I received in my Holly Jolly Box of Happy. I have been wearing this around daily in hopes of people asking about it. When they do, I tell them all about my journey with Origami Owl. I will also wear this during my Origami Owl Jewelry Bar to show how proud I am of this great company and the products they offer.
