Fall in Love with this short video (or Simply Fall) #ConnectingFlights

Have you ever had an exciting or memorable experience while at an airport or on a flight? The Connecting Flights movie is all about that. I’m excited to see the video myself as I have a memorable experience of my own. Even though I didn’t fall in love, I met some great people. Back in August, I flew to New York City for BlogHer ’12. On my flight home to California, I sat next to a really nice couple. They were very pleasant to talk to and I almost felt as if we were friends that had known each other for years. As we got to talking, I learned that she was an author of Sh*tty Mom, Alicia Ybarbo.

Alicia and her husband, Mark, were entertaining. This was only my second trip that I have ever flown on. They definitely helped ease my ‘flying anxiety.’ We had interesting conversation and it was great to be comfortable with my row mates. If I’m ever back in New York City, maybe I will look them up and we can have lunch. Check out this Connecting Flights video for a touching little story.

I have to say, I was pretty into the video clip. They did a great job making it look like a legitimate trailer to a full length movie. Then BAM – they fall and you realize the jokes on you. I was kind of wanting to watch Connecting Flights. Thank you to Sears for this awesome teaser and for having the Top 10 Advantage by carrying the top 10 brands! hahaha I watched the video and it really does seem like a real movie trailer! I was fooled.

  3. Haven’t ever really met anyone on flights. But we don’t fly all that often.

  4. I wish I could fast forward through ads!

  5. I’ve seen a few of the ads from that campaign on TV lately – they are REALLY irritating and a good reminder of why I usually start watching shows 15 minutes after they come on so I can fast forward through the commercials.

  6. WOW! That makes me mad! This looked like an awesome movie and I was so excited to watch it! GAH! haha!
