Kmart Layaway

With so many birthdays and the holidays every year, I don’t always plan ahead. It comes quicker than I want it to. I get stuck running to the store, trying to find a gift. All three of my children’s birthdays are within one month and not even a couple of months before Christmas. Yes, I said it – Christmas. I have not even started thinking about Christmas gifts. I’m considering taking advantage of the Kmart Layaway program.

I have done layaway a couple of times in my life, many years ago. If you think it’s too much work, you are so wrong. You can layaway one thing or 100 things. You can even use layaway without paying a service fee through November 23, 2013. You can make your payments in the store, online or from your mobile phone. You can choose an eight or 12 week contract. When it’s over, you simply pick up your items and you’re good to go!

Christmas Shop with Kmart Layaway

Although, you can do Kmart layaway year round, the holidays are almost here. You could get your holiday shopping done early. Now is the perfect time. You will have your items just in time for the holidays. The sooner you put your gift list on layaway, the better chance you have at getting the hottest toys and electronics locked away before everyone else. This is also a convenient way to avoid the crazy lines.

Another perk of Kmart layaway is being a ShopYourWay Member. You don’t have to be a member to use layaway but it only take a few minutes to sign up. By being a ShopYourWay Member, you will get points on every purchase that can be redeemed next time you shop. Sometimes they even run promotions to get more points. Members also have access to secret sales and extra discounts which helps you stay close to your holiday budget. If you’re opening a layaway contract as a ShopYourWay Member, Kmart will waive your minimum purchase fee through September 21, 2013.

Be sure to follow Kmart on Twitter and like them on Facebook to stay up on their latest news, contest and promotions.
