The Smooth Fitness 6.75 is a Space Saving Treadmill! #SmoothBlogger

The Smooth Fitness 6.75 Treadmill is very luxurious and luxury comes with sacrifices. In this case, it’s space. Trust me, the space it takes up is well worth it. Currently, we are transforming our playroom/office to accommodate our fitness equipment. (My hubby has an all-in-one home gym type weight machine). Anyway, my treadmill is currently in our living room until we decide how we are going to arrange the other room.

Smooth Fitness TreadmillThe benefits of having the treadmill really outweighs the room it occupies. Before the treadmill parked itself here, the kids had a dollhouse there. We simply put the dollhouse in their room and voila – problem solved. I kind of like it here. I have so many options while using the machine. I could watch a show on my iPad, listen to music, watch our actual television or I could even look out the window.

Smooth Fitness Treadmill Folded UpIf you are pressed for space or want to easily move the Smooth Fitness 6.75 Treadmill, you can glide the base up and it will stay in an upright position. Once it’s in the upright position, you can wheel it away for storing or moving. To put it back down, there is an easy handle that you can even access with your foot. The base will then gently glide back down into position. I think it’s great that it just doesn’t bang down to the floor (I’ve seen some that do that).

If you are wondering how I’m currently using my Smooth Fitness treadmill, I’ll tell you. Right now, I’m using it every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I go anywhere between two and three miles. I’m hoping that I can either add a fourth day in for the week or get up to four miles in August. We’ll see. Before my treadmill, I didn’t work out really.

This treadmill has been an amazing alternative to staying active without having to go out in the 100 degree weather. If I’m feeling like I need to get my blood flowing, it’s super easy to jump on there and even just walk a mile or so. When you work from home, that happens. Some days I lack motivation, some days I feel like I need accountability. What are things that work for you when it comes to staying consistent with exercise?

  1. It’s funny how some cats will jump onto your lap the minute you sit down and others tend to sit next to you (perhaps very close but still only next to you).I never thought of referring the relaxed state as airplane ears! Very fitting.

  2. Letters to a Contrarian was a gift to my son at age17 and Hitchens continues to dazzle me. As an atheist I think the path to immortality (that is the reason for all this god stuff, right?) is through your children and your work.Christopher Hitchens name and works will be immortal.I mean at least until the sun goes nova.

  3. Geez, I swear out loud when I step on Barbie shoes! lol I think it is important as parents that we set realistic expectations for ourselves and our families and not get caught up in what outsiders view as clean, organized or perfect. I will make for a simpler and happier life! Nice post!

  5. Hi Lori,It IS fun by it IS mindboggling, isn't it? I love the lampposts so I definitely want those in. I also love the idea of time travel and thought a neat vintage watch or timepiece might be cool. As well as a plume pen and perhaps an inkwell? Regarding Scribble City, she can tweak the design quite a bit so the desk doesn't have to be present. I can't wait to see what she (also a Lori!) comes up with as well! Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting.

  6. Good to find an expert who knows what he’s tanilkg about!
